As Co Founder and Chief Customer Success Officer of SigmaSRC, Klayton Anderson leads all post sales customer operations, ensuring that every client receives exceptional support, seamless on-boarding, and long term value from the SigmaSRC Platform. He oversees customer technical support, professional services, and education programs, shaping a customer experience framework that is both proactive and deeply aligned with enterprise security and compliance needs.
Klayton also manages and secures SigmaSRC’s private and public cloud environments, which span multiple operating systems and mission critical workloads. His leadership ensures that SigmaSRC’s infrastructure remains resilient, scalable, and optimized for the demands of modern cybersecurity automation.
Before co founding SigmaSRC, Klayton served as CCSO for Elemental Cyber Security, Inc., where he also held roles as Head of Network Operations and Network Infrastructure Architect. With more than two decades of experience across software, hardware, and service driven industries, he brings a rare combination of technical depth, operational discipline, and customer centric strategy. Klayton’s career includes a wide range of customer success and operational leadership roles. At Matchmaker.com, he served as Senior Administrator for the Network Operations Center, overseeing the Customer Service Support Center. He later became Partner and Director of Operations at The Assembly Co., followed by sales and operational leadership roles at Sierra Springs Water Co. and MGB Winston Inc., where he managed business acquisitions, restaurant operations, and corporate customer relationships.
