With more than 3 decades of executive leadership in sales, marketing, technical management, and global operations for software, hardware, and services providers, Marius possesses the strategic expertise to scale SigmaSRC into a leading global player in AI-powered cybersecurity—prioritizing innovation, effectiveness, and financial results.
Prior to SigmaSRC, Marius founded and led Elemental Cyber Security as President and CEO and established 1stmarkets, Inc. in 2003 to support IT security companies' international growth, including global marketing of the AxioTAP (network access control) product line. He served 10 years as a senior executive at Intrusion, Inc. (a publicly traded cybersecurity and networking firm), including as Vice President of International Operations and Managing Director of EMEA, where he expanded operations, built teams, forged partnerships, and drove revenue growth.
Earlier roles spanned sales, product management, and development at Hirschmann GmbH & Co., International CPU (Novell), Unisys, and Nixdorf across Europe. Marius holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Florida Institute of Technology (FloridaTech - USA) and a Master's in Business Administration and Project Management from CY Cergy Paris Université (France). He is fluent in English, French, and German.
